I work primarily with coaches in three areas: personal development & productivity, entrepreneurship & business, and creative coaches (writing coaches, artists, designers who teach). If you're a coach or solopreneur in one of these spaces, I can help.

Great question. I start with questions: either through a questionnaire, voice notes, or a discovery call. I ask about your story, your approach, what you care about, and how you naturally speak. Then I write based on that. You review and give feedback, and we refine until it sounds exactly like you. It's collaborative, not a black box.

Each service includes a revision round. If something doesn't sound like you, we adjust it. My goal is for you to read the final piece and think "I could have written this", that's when I know I've captured your voice.

Brand Story Foundation: 3-4 weeks from start to final delivery
Email/Newsletter Sequence: 2-3 weeks
Blog Suite & Substack Starter (monthly): Delivered at the end of each month
I don't rush the process because getting your voice right takes time.

You'll answer some questions about your business, your story, and your voice, but I make it easy. You can type, record voice notes, or talk it through on a call. Whichever feels least overwhelming. And I explicitly tell you: messy answers are fine. That's what I'm here for; to pull the gold out of your thoughts and turn it into polished writing.

Blog Suite is for coaches who already have a blog (on their website) and want consistent content.
Substack Starter is for coaches who want to build or grow their Substack specifically, which is a newsletter platform you own, separate from social media.
Both include 4 posts per month in your voice. The main difference is the platform.
